stayed in franschhoek before and maison malherbe exceeded expectations on this luxurious holiday. incredible location on main street with lovely balcony and mountain view. well equipped and clean. great service from megan.
floors were cold as underfloor heating not working. a few mats or carpets would've been appreciated.

Enjoyed using the barbecue on the patio, even burned a few sausages. It was great having complimentary WiFi and private parking, but I guess they didn't include a private helicopter pad. Sigh.
Was disappointed there was no private helicopter pad, how am I supposed to make a grand entrance? Guess I have to settle for the nearest airport, like a mere commoner.

The terrace with a jaw-dropping mountain view and the beautifully designed interior made us feel super cozy and at home. Megan's exceptional care, including forwarding forgotten clothes, was mind-blowing. Parking was easy on the street outside.

Maison Malherbe was the perfect base for exploring Franschhoek. The location couldn't have been better, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was comfortable and had stunning mountain views from the spacious balcony. We were warmly welcomed by Megan, our friendly hostess, who was always available to assist us. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the temperamental bedside lights and the need for some cooking oil, our stay was enjoyable. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment. I highly recommend Maison Malherbe for a pleasant and convenient stay in Franschhoek.

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful, spacious apartment. It offered everything we needed and was conveniently located. The balcony provided a lovely view, and the close proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, and wine estates made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was well-equipped and had plenty of room for our family. The friendly and helpful staff, such as Megan, made us feel welcome and ensured that we had a splendid time.
The aircon in the bedroom was not working properly, which made it a bit warm at night.

The apartment had a cute patio where I could pretend to be a master chef with the barbecue. , the free WiFi allowed me to Instagram my fancy meals.
Wish I could have sweat myself to sleep because the aircon wasn't working properly. Such a shame.

The apartment at Maison Malherbe was absolutely incredible! With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for my solo travel adventure. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels kept me entertained in the evenings, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed me to cook my own meals. The balcony with mountain views was the cherry on top!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the sofa in the apartment. But hey, that's just me.

Amazing terrace with mountain view, perfect after a rainy day. The interior is beautiful, felt like home instantly. Megan took great care of us and even helped us with our forgotten clothes. Lots of parking spots available on the street.
Bedside lights were temperamental and the demand for remaining money upon arrival was not ideal. It would have been better to pay in full before or a few days after.

I enjoyed using the apartment's barbecue for a fun cookout. The free WiFi and private parking were a nice bonus. The air-conditioned accommodation was conveniently close to Maison Estate.
Oh, how I loved the temperamental bedside lights! Such a delightful surprise to be demanded money upon arrival.

The apartment is larger than it looks and has a lovely balcony with a nice view of the mountains. It is close to supermarkets, restaurants, and wine estates, making it convenient for exploring the area. The interior is well-designed and maintained, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. the host is attentive and helpful, always available to provide assistance or answer any questions.
The demand for payment upon arrival could have been handled differently, perhaps by taking full payment before arrival or after a few days.
